Warranty terms
The warranty for DPUs ranges from 1500 to 4000 hours, or 12 to 24 months of operation (depending on the model) from the date of shipment.
The warranty for GPUs ranges from 1500 hours to 8760 hours, or 12 to 24 months of operation (depending on model) from date of shipment.
Warranty for Biomass Gasification Systems includes 2000 hours, or 1 year of operation from date of shipment.
Compressors and Light Towers are warranted for 2000 hours, or 1 year from date of shipment.

If a quality problem occurs during the warranty period and it is confirmed that the problem is not caused by external, or natural causes (all kinds of natural disasters, damage after receiving the shipment, improper operation, etc.), we will provide the appropriate spare parts free of charge for maintenance as soon as possible.
After the warranty period expires, we can supply you with the necessary spare parts at cost price.
Warranty service can also be extended up to 36 months according to customer requirements when agreed by both parties.
